LF-3 series transmitters have a high current drain, a very efficient transmitter that can provide twice the range of the LF-2 but have the same weight and size. Through stringent crystal component testing, along with the employment of military specification semi-conductors requiring explicit government consent, we are able to produce twice the range for half the battery life, and keep the same overall weight.
